The ownership of molds can be determined according to the cooperation agreement. By default, if the mold cost is borne by the customer, the molds belong to the customer, and we are responsible for free storage during the cooperation period. If the mold cost is borne by us (bulk order cooperation mode), the molds belong to us, and the customer has priority right to use.

For subsequent mold maintenance, we provide regular maintenance services. If problems occur with the molds during production, free repairs are available (non-man-made damage) to ensure production continuity.

Yes. If customers need to optimize existing molds (e.g., improve precision, enhance forming effect), modify structures (to adapt to product iteration) or conduct maintenance, we can first inspect and evaluate the molds, and provide targeted optimization solutions and quotations. The optimization cycle is usually 1-3 days (excluding complex modifications) to ensure that the molds are suitable for subsequent production needs.

Yes, we can cooperate. We offer an integrated service of mold design + development + stamping production. For customers without molds, you can directly provide product drawings (both 2D and 3D formats are acceptable, supporting CAD, SolidWorks, etc.), and we will be responsible for mold design, manufacturing and trial production.

The mold development cycle depends on product complexity: 3-7 days for regular simple parts, and 7-15 days for complex structural parts. The mold cost is calculated based on material, precision and structural complexity. For bulk orders, mold cost sharing or refund policies can be negotiated. If the initial order quantity is small, you can also choose sheet metal processing without mold opening.

The conventional stamping precision can be controlled within ±0.01mm-±0.03mm. For high-end scenarios such as precision electronics and medical devices, the precision can be upgraded to ±0.01mm through CNC punching machines, precision molds and multiple inspection procedures. The specific precision needs to be comprehensively determined based on product structure, material thickness and batch requirements. We will provide accurate technical solutions during the preliminary communication.

In terms of materials, we can process common hardware materials such as stainless steel (304, 316, etc.), carbon steel (Q235, SPCC, etc.), aluminum alloy, copper alloy (brass, red copper), galvanized sheet, nickel-plated sheet and electrolytic sheet. We can also adapt to special materials according to customer requirements. The thickness range is 0.1mm-10mm. We have mature processing experience in both precision thin material stamping (0.1mm-1mm) and medium-thick plate stamping (1mm-10mm), and can match equipment according to needs.
