We will keep customer-provided drawings, technical parameters, product solutions and other information strictly confidential, prevent information leakage during production, and uniformly recycle and destroy waste products and leftover materials to ensure the safety of customers' intellectual property rights and project information.

Regular payment methods are as follows:
① For new mold opening orders: 50% advance payment (for mold development), 30% payment before mass production after sample qualification, and 20% final payment before delivery after acceptance.
② For repeat orders with existing molds: 50% advance payment, and the final payment before delivery after acceptance.
③ For long-term cooperative customers: Flexible payment methods such as monthly settlement and quarterly settlement can be negotiated, and long-term cooperation agreements can be signed to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

The quotation is mainly based on the following factors: product drawings (structural complexity, precision requirements), material and thickness, order quantity, surface treatment process (e.g., electroplating, spraying, oxidation), whether mold opening is required, delivery cycle and logistics requirements. After the customer provides complete requirements, our technical team will make a quick calculation and provide an accurate quotation within 12 hours. For complex products, feedback will be given within 24 hours at the latest.

If product quality problems occur due to non-man-made factors (e.g., dimensional deviation, forming defects, material inconsistency), customers need to provide photos of defective products, inspection reports and relevant vouchers within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will respond within 24 hours:
① After verifying the problem, we will reissue qualified products for free or arrange rework.
② If customer losses are caused by quality problems, corresponding responsibilities will be borne in accordance with the contract agreement.
③ Optimize production and inspection processes simultaneously to avoid recurrence of similar problems.

Packaging: Anti-scratch and anti-collision packaging is adopted. Regular packaging includes PE bags, pearl cotton, bubble bags and cartons. For precision parts, customized pallets, moisture-proof packaging or independent packaging can be provided. Product information and batch numbers are marked to avoid damage during transportation.

Logistics: We cooperate with professional hardware logistics service providers by default, supporting land transportation, air transportation and sea transportation. We can deliver goods to the designated address according to customer requirements, or handle logistics on behalf of customers. The freight is negotiated based on order quantity, weight and destination.

The delivery cycle depends on order quantity, product complexity and whether mold opening is required:
① For bulk orders with existing molds, the delivery cycle for regular quantities (1,000-100,000 pieces) is 15-20 days.
② For orders requiring new mold opening, the total cycle of mold development + mass production is usually 20-25 days (it can be extended through negotiation for complex parts).
③ For urgent orders: Priority can be given to production arrangement, with the fastest delivery in 7-10 days (product feasibility needs to be evaluated, and urgent fees may be incurred).

Yes. According to customer requirements, we can provide regular inspection reports (including dimensions, material, appearance and other indicators). If customers have special requirements (e.g., RoHS, SGS, salt spray test), please inform us in advance. We will entrust third-party authoritative institutions for testing and provide reports, and the relevant costs can be negotiated.

We have established a full-process quality control system:
① Incoming material inspection: Test material, thickness, hardness and other indicators of raw materials to prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the factory.
② In-process control: Monitor stamping precision and forming effect through patrol inspection, first article inspection and last article inspection during production.
③ Finished product inspection: Use 2D measuring instruments, hardness testers, tensile testing machines and other equipment to conduct comprehensive testing on dimensions, precision, mechanical properties, etc.
④ Traceability management: Keep inspection records for each batch of products to achieve quality traceability and ensure the consistency of bulk products.

The process is as follows:
① The customer provides requirements (drawings, material, precision, quantity, surface treatment requirements, etc.).
② Our technical team evaluates feasibility and provides quotation and technical solution within 12 hours.
③ The customer confirms the quotation, signs the contract and pays the advance payment.
④ We carry out mold design and development (or use existing molds).
⑤ Mold trial is conducted, and samples are provided to the customer for confirmation.
⑥ After sample qualification, mass production is started, and production progress is fed back synchronously during the process.
⑦ After production is completed, quality inspection is carried out, and qualified products are packaged and delivered.
⑧ Customer acceptance and after-sales follow-up are performed.

There is no fixed mandatory MOQ, and we can flexibly meet customer needs. We accept small-batch orders (e.g., 100-500 pieces), which are suitable for R&D prototyping and small-batch trial production. For large-batch orders (more than 1,000 pieces), more competitive unit prices can be offered, and delivery efficiency can be improved through large-scale production. The specific MOQ can be comprehensively negotiated based on product structure, material and cost.

Sample provision is supported. There are two types of samples:
Prototype samples (rapid prototyping without mold opening): The cycle is 3-5 days, and the cost ranges from 200 to 1,000 yuan depending on the material and structure.

Mold trial samples (consistent with mass production process): Samples can be obtained after mold completion and trial, with the cycle the same as the mold development cycle. The sample cost is usually included in the mold cost and no extra charge is required (except for special complex parts).

After the samples are qualified and confirmed in writing by the customer, mass production can be started.
