Can we cooperate without existing molds? What is the mold development cycle and cost?

We support a variety of surface treatment processes to meet the needs of rust prevention, aesthetics, conductivity, etc. Common processes include: electroplating (galvanizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, copper plating), spraying (powder coating, electrostatic spraying, painting), passivation, oxidation, wire drawing, polishing, sandblasting, etc. We can recommend suitable processes according to product use and customer requirements.

Yes. We strictly comply with customer confidentiality requirements and can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We will keep customer-provided drawings, technical parameters, product solutions and other information strictly confidential, prevent information leakage during production, and uniformly recycle and destroy waste products and leftover materials to ensure the safety of customers' intellectual property rights and project information.

Regular payment methods are as follows:
① For new mold opening orders: 50% advance payment (for mold development), 30% payment before mass production after sample qualification, and 20% final payment before delivery after acceptance.
② For repeat orders with existing molds: 50% advance payment, and the final payment before delivery after acceptance.
③ For long-term cooperative customers: Flexible payment methods such as monthly settlement and quarterly settlement can be negotiated, and long-term cooperation agreements can be signed to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

The quotation is mainly based on the following factors: product drawings (structural complexity, precision requirements), material and thickness, order quantity, surface treatment process (e.g., electroplating, spraying, oxidation), whether mold opening is required, delivery cycle and logistics requirements. After the customer provides complete requirements, our technical team will make a quick calculation and provide an accurate quotation within 12 hours. For complex products, feedback will be given within 24 hours at the latest.

If product quality problems occur due to non-man-made factors (e.g., dimensional deviation, forming defects, material inconsistency), customers need to provide photos of defective products, inspection reports and relevant vouchers within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will respond within 24 hours:
① After verifying the problem, we will reissue qualified products for free or arrange rework.
② If customer losses are caused by quality problems, corresponding responsibilities will be borne in accordance with the contract agreement.
③ Optimize production and inspection processes simultaneously to avoid recurrence of similar problems.

Packaging: Anti-scratch and anti-collision packaging is adopted. Regular packaging includes PE bags, pearl cotton, bubble bags and cartons. For precision parts, customized pallets, moisture-proof packaging or independent packaging can be provided. Product information and batch numbers are marked to avoid damage during transportation.

Logistics: We cooperate with professional hardware logistics service providers by default, supporting land transportation, air transportation and sea transportation. We can deliver goods to the designated address according to customer requirements, or handle logistics on behalf of customers. The freight is negotiated based on order quantity, weight and destination.
